PCG PCC Oxyalkylates Sdn Bhd (PCGPCC) is a private limited joint-venture company owned by Malaysian oil and gas conglomerate PETRONAS Chemicals Group Berhad (“PCG”), one of the largest integrated chemicals producers in Southeast Asia; PCC SE, a Germany-based conglomerate with a portfolio covering chemicals, energy, and logistics; and Terengganu state-owned investment holding company, MBI Modal Sdn. Bhd. 

As part of the expanding Petrochemical Malaysia landscape, PCGPCC plays a strategic role in strengthening the nation’s specialty chemicals value chain. 

Incorporated in 2017, PCC Oxyalkylates Malaysia Sdn. Bhd. ("PCCOM") was established to explore the feasibility of the Ethoxylates Malaysia (non-ionic surfactants) and Polyether Polyols Malaysia business in Kerteh, Terengganu. In 2021, PCCOM was rebranded as PCG PCC Oxyalkylates Sdn. Bhd. ("PCGPCC") to reflect new partnerships and the full-scale establishment of its specialty chemicals operations, reinforcing its position as a reliable Chemical Supplier Malaysia for both domestic and regional markets.
